Dream Big Accommodation

Six designs, one booking engine.

Variant A

Search-first marketplace

The shape guests already know from Airbnb and Booking.com. Search bar at top, filterable list of the four houses, sticky price panel on the right.

  • Dates, guests and amenity filters that filter live
  • Nightly + cleaning + service itemised before you pay
  • Closest to today's site, so the smallest jump for returning guests
Variant B

Larger photos, less chrome

Each of the four houses gets a full-width section of its own with room details, what's on-site and the walk-and-drive distances. Serif headings and lots of whitespace.

  • Slow slideshow of all four gardens and rooms
  • Same booking and prices, opened in a side drawer
  • House crest, slogan and the "Come as a Guest, Leave as Family" line on the page
Variant C

Split-screen story per house

Each house gets a full sticky chapter: photo pinned on one side, the story, prices and dates on the other. Editorial pacing, no scrolling tricks, one clear button per house.

  • Live "free tonight" status pulled from the booking calendar
  • Crossfading hero photography, one button per chapter
  • Card / Instant EFT / SnapScan in a clean centred modal
Variant D

Dark showcase edit

The logo navy pushed to a night palette: full-bleed photography in a horizontal edit you swipe, price facts under each house, and booking in a right-side drawer. Looks premium without leaving the brand colours.

  • Horizontal house rail with snap scrolling and live availability
  • Booking drawer with card / Instant EFT / SnapScan
  • Distinct mood, same palette sampled from the logo
Variant E

Warm editorial journal

A property-journal layout: serif headlines that rise line by line, a house told as a short story with its amenities listed, honest fee lines, and a working date search up top.

  • Date search that finds a free house and opens it booked to those dates
  • Serif/sans pairing from the same brand palette, light theme
  • Animated hero photography plus scroll reveals, all reduced-motion safe
Variant F

Data-led operations desk

For the analytical guest: a live availability dial, the four houses as data tiles, a full comparison table, and a price calculator that answers "what does 3 nights actually cost" before you pick anything.

  • Fleet availability dial and count-up readouts, live from the calendars
  • Compare table with best-value cells and a type-as-you-go cost calculator
  • Keyboard shortcut (/) to the price check, booking in one modal

What we'd build

Every variant shares one booking engine, one property file and one colour palette sampled from the logo, so the choice is about tone, not cost. For booking conversion we'd take A's grid with C's house storytelling; for a premium first impression, D; for guest confidence and fewer support questions, F. All six run on the same codebase and nothing here locks you into one direction.
